For all Edmonton airport pickups, your chauffeur coordinates via text to meet you at Arrivals Level Door 10. We provide both premium terminal meet-and-greet and rapid curbside collection options.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We utilize Smart Flight Tracking technology to monitor your arrival in real-time. If your flight is delayed or arrives early, your chauffeur’s arrival time is automatically adjusted at no extra cost.
Is the service equipped for Edmonton winters?
Absolutely. Our fleet is equipped with premium winter tires and our vetted chauffeurs are experts in navigating Alberta's challenging winter road conditions safely and punctually.
Will my chauffeur assist with luggage?
Yes. Our service includes full door-to-door luggage assistance. Your chauffeur will handle all loading and unloading, ensuring a seamless transition from the terminal to your vehicle.
Can I request a specific vehicle?
We guarantee the vehicle class you book (Luxury Sedan or 2026 Executive SUV). While we cannot always guarantee a specific model, we prioritize requests noted in your "Special Instructions."

Are child safety seats available?
Yes. We provide sanitized rear-facing, forward-facing, and booster seats. Please specify the child's age/weight in your booking notes to ensure the correct seat is prepared.
Are there hidden fees or surge pricing?
Never. Our pricing is 100% all-inclusive. The flat rate you see during booking covers airport gate fees, fuel, and local taxes. We do not use surge pricing.
What payment methods do you accept?
We utilize Square for secure online payments (all major credit cards accepted). We also accept Interac E-Transfers for your convenience.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 24 hours prior to your scheduled pickup are fully refundable. Changes to your itinerary can be managed easily by contacting our 24/7 dispatch team via SMS or Email.
