1. Airport Transfers
We provide industry-leading flexibility for travelers navigating the Edmonton International Airport (YEG).
- Free Schedule Update: Enjoy free updates to your pickup schedule for up to one year. This applies to departure issues such as illness or documented accidents.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your airport transfer up to 48 hours before your scheduled pickup for a 75% refund.
2. Hourly Chauffeur Service
Hourly bookings involve dedicated vehicle blocks. To manage our fleet availability, the following rules apply:
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance are eligible for a 75% refund.
- Cancellations within 48 hours of the service start time are non-refundable.
3. Event Transfers
This policy covers concerts, Oilers games, sporting events, and galas.
- No Refund Policy: All event-related transfers are strictly non-refundable.
- This ensures our drivers can manage their schedules effectively during high-demand peak hours.
