Service Agreement and Passenger Safety Standards

Effective Date: April 2026

1. Service Standards

By booking with Airport Limo Service (operated by Chauffeur Transfers), you agree to our professional service standards.

  • Wait Times: We offer a complimentary 45-minute wait time for international arrivals and 30 minutes for domestic flights at YEG.
  • Flight Tracking: While we monitor flights in real-time, passengers are responsible for notifying us of any known multi-hour delays or gate changes.
  • Fixed Pricing: Our quotes are all-inclusive; however, additional stops not included in the original booking will result in an adjusted final fare.

2. Passenger Conduct & Safety

To maintain our 5-star luxury experience, we enforce strict cleanliness and safety protocols across our fleet.

  • Non-Smoking: All vehicles are strictly non-smoking and non-vaping. Violation results in a minimum $250 sanitization fee.
  • Professional Conduct: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for aggressive or abusive behavior toward our chauffeurs.
  • Capacity: Passengers must not exceed the legal seating capacity of the booked vehicle class (Sedan, SUV, or SUV XL).

3. Liability & Billing

Legal protections for both the passenger and the operator.

  • Damage: The client is financially responsible for any physical damage to the vehicle interior caused by passengers.
  • Lost Items: While we check vehicles after every trip, we are not liable for items left behind. We will hold recovered items for 30 days.
  • Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays caused by extreme weather, road closures, or mechanical failure, though we will always attempt to dispatch a replacement.
